Pathways to Success Pre-Apprenticeship Class

Oregon Tradeswomen’s Trades and Apprenticeship Career Class is a 7-week state-certified pre-apprenticeship class for women. Classroom instruction and field work help prepare women for a high skill, high wage career in the trades.

The largest non-traditional event of its kind, Oregon Tradeswomen produces our annual Career Fair to help fill the imminent gap in the labor force that will be created with record-levels of upcoming retirements of skilled trades people, and to increase the overall number of women working in trades careers.
